Guidelines for Worship
Know that the Lord is God. He made us, and we are His.  We are His people, the sheep of
His pasture.
Enter His gates with thanksgiving, His courtyards with praise. Give thanks to Him and
bless His name.
(Psalm 100:3-4)

It is with great joy that we  gather together in worship, refocusing our attention on our Savior Jesus during these challenging times!

In order to comply with the governor’s guidelines, and to protect our neighbors and ourselves, it is extremely important that we operate under the following guidelines:

The governor is recommending that if you are a member of a vulnerable group (over the age of 65, high blood pressure, obese, immunocompromised, etc.) that you stay home.  We also ask that anyone with any symptoms of illness not attend worship.

Anyone age 5 and up is asked to wear a mask while indoors at Trinity.

We will practice social distancing (six feet) between members of different households at all times.
We are requesting, but not requiring, that attendees consider wearing face masks while at Trinity. There will be a limited number of face masks available for those who want them.

We ask that all members minimize the use of Trinity’s restrooms and nursery, and use the restrooms at their homes whenever possible.  We also ask that, as weather allows, all members enter and exit from the main entrances on the west end of the church, and not come through the office area.

Ushers will seat attendees in the sanctuary to maximize seating and ensure social distancing.  We will use every other pew for a worship service, and alternate which pews get used on each side and for each service.  Ushers may seat up to 4 people from two different households in each pew (2 on each end), or 1 household in a pew, regardless of size.  If needed, we will have overflow seating in the Fellowship Hall, with a live video and audio feed.

Hymnals and pew Bibles will be removed during this time and all worship components will be printed in the bulletin.  We are also removing the children’s coloring books for a time.  Because of this, please bring your personal Bible and also coloring books and other items for your children if you want them.
Offering will be collected in the back of the church (to be monitored by ushers/elder).

Those wishing to commune will be ushered up one pew at a time and communion will be offered at the front of the church in a continuous communion format.  Those communing will come down the center aisle and return via the side aisles.   Social distance should be maintained throughout the process.

Ushers will dismiss attendees after worship.  The Pastors will greet the congregation from the front.
When possible (weather permitting) entry/exit doors will be propped open to avoid contact.
