What do Reconcilers Do?
To equip and assist individuals and families in living lifestyles of reconciliation, Trinity Lutheran Church and School has selected trained reconcilers.
Reconcilers offer compassionate listening, prayer, and biblical advice on how you can respond to conflicts. While reconcilers do not provide professional counseling or legal advice, they do offer confidential guidance and hope from God’s Word. Reconcilers have been trained to specifically serve in the following areas:

Conflict is not fun. In fact, it’s one of the most difficult things in life. It takes away our joy, and tries to steal our hope. It takes our gaze from Christ and puts it on our pain. In the midst of your struggle, please don’t forget this good news:
Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of your evil behavior. But now he has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation. Colossians 1:21-22

- Teaching – equipping people in biblical peacemaking through the study of God’s Word;
- Coaching – guiding individuals to apply biblical approaches to specific conflicts;
- Mediating – assisting two or more people in conflict to reconcile and resolve their conflict;
- Arbitrating– deciding substantive matters through a just and fair hearing.
